I really enjoy CW,  I’m not all that fast …but..hey..does that matter?    I also enjoy checking into the Canadian American Net, altjough haven’t had the opportunity to do so recently.

I participate in weekly RACES nets on Sunday evenings on a local VHF repeater and help with bridge monitoring over the New York State Thruway, Beggars or Halloween evenings.  I also participate in the HF New York State RACES net on Sunday mornings,

I am a weather hobbyist / enthusiast evidenced by the installation of a Davis Pro II Weather station (https://www.wunderground.com/dashboard/pws/KNYPALMY4)  and participating in the CoCoRaHS (Community Collaborative Rain Hail and Snow) precipitation reporting network.  I am also a registered Skywarn participant with the National Weather Service in Buffalo, New York.  I have also participated in the annual Skywarn Recognition Day each December since 2012.
